One Week To Go!

It's now just one week until this years annual NSUPF (National SUP Festival) take place on Hayling Island. If you haven't got entries in then whizz over to the site and get signed up for what is set to be a corker.

Here's what you can expect - 

 

1100hrs on Fri 7th Sept as part of the Industry day for those who can make it, starting off with the Hayling extreme paddle which consists of 1 mile run, 1.5 mile mountain bike and 1000m (under 11ft inflatable) Sup Sprint.

Saturday morning: Ins and outs around a marker approx 250m out from beach (BOP style) but no running required so you don't stuff your boards, ankles, feet, paddles etc. Best of 3.

Saturday afternoon: Longer race @ 3 - 4 miles within the bay - or if downwind conditions, from Inn on Beach to Northney Marina @ 7 miles

Sunday morning: Pairs event drawn from a hat. Ins and outs around a marker approx 250m out from beach (BOP style) but no running required so you don't stuff your boards, ankles, feet, paddles etc. 2 laps each, first over wins.

Sunday afternoon: Longer race @ 3 - 4 miles within the bay - or if downwind conditions, from Inn on Beach to Northney Marina @ 7 miles

There will be a perpetual trophy for the most points accumulated.
